Re: Susan Endo & Diet & ExcersizeFrom: Susan (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Dec 30 11:56:08 1998
Yenta- Hi there! Please---my "old lady" schtick came after reading some other postings of women calling themselves "old" at 41 was it? It cracked me up! Anyway---yeah-you can definitely email re- the diet/vitamin tips. While I was in the "disabled" section of all of this craziness, I was researching like crazy (that's all I could do---bedridden from the first awful surgery for 2 months solid!) and I read through a lot of stuff- everything from the Kushi Institute (macrobiotic diet) to Christiane Northrup's book/ Niels Larsen's book (spelling might be off!)/ to Dian Mills work (Endo Assoc in Great Britan)...so on many levels, I'm kinda "winging it" based on estrogen reduction/ hormone reduction theories... So from my end, I'm really looking toward exchanging information. My heart too goes out to all with multiple surgeries who just continue on in pain- and in all honesty, that's one of the most frightening aspects of this whole thing---I'm feeling quite functional now---but can I trust it---how long will I be OK---all of that crazy stuff! So sure- any diet info you want to exchange sounds great to me! Take care and thanks for the response! Susan
