Hello I had that done. the upper gi w/small bowel follow through. it didnt take to long and the only suggestion i have is to drink the barem straight down. if you try to sip it it is going to be way worse than if you just drink it has fast as you can.also there is this other stuff that you have to drink while lying on the table. it is like an alka seltzer but you cant stop drinking it you have to d it jus like a shot and if you stop you get to start all over. guess who stopped? yep i did lolol . i couldnt wait for it to be over with. i didnt find it to be painful just very uncomfortable and embarrasing(sp?) good luck and let us know how everything goes for you. cameo
