I can actually feel my organs moving inside. These are the times when I'm most likely to stay in bed because it hurts all the way to my thighs. You are not going crazy. Pain during ovulation is due to endo. You are not alone. The heating pad, however, works wonders for me. Hoping and Wishing everyone pain free days.
