Re: Pregnancy questionFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netMon Nov 30 16:29:57 1998
Pregnancy is no cure for Endo! How well I know. I am 32 and was diagnosed at 21 with endo. I have had (in this order) 1 laparatomy for a cyst, 1 laser laparoscopy, 6 months of danazol, 1 baby boy, 1 laser laparoscopy, 1 baby girl, 1 laser laparoscopy, and 1 year of depo provera. Everytime I have a baby the endo is back in full swing at the babies 2nd birthday. The doc says no more surgeries. Birth control pills make me naseauted ( I've tried a ton). So know I'm down to ... do I want a 3rd child and/or when is the pain to unbearable and a hysterectomy is the last option.
