Dear Dee, It sure does run in families! There is a new study out of England taking blood samples; if you and your sisters are interested, I am sure they would be very grateful. (They will do the leg work.) Heather gave you their e-mail address. The prostaglandins from the endo also seems to cause more girls to be born in a family. My mother had two daughters and no other children. Her mother had three daughters and no other children. Her mother had two daughters and no other children. And for the rest of the family, such as cousins, the majority is girls. This is not unique for endo sufferers. Elizabeth
