My poor niece doesnt understand why there are days when i just cant bear to pick her up because the pain of her just brushing up against my chest is overwhelming. My dr said that i have fribroidcystic breasts so that could be part of your problem as well. I have learned to cut back my sodium and caffiene levels and that seems to help lessen the pain.
