Jenn, I had my right ovary out in October. I hadn't had a period since July (2 shots of Lupron and my periods just never started again. The Dr found my cervix was plugged and after the surgery my periods started again (I'm not on birth control) and I still get the odd bit of spotting between periods. Best regards, Caroline
