Re: Holy Progesterone!!!

Dear Jenny, I listen to the classical music station, drink tea or soup, and also do some fervent praying. The music is when I just need something in the background to keep me going, the tea or soup is to let my insides know that not everything in there might be bad, and the prayer really makes all the difference for the rest of the time: 99.9 percent of the time. By the way, the music and prayer have been shown clinically to work: classical music increases alpha waves in the brain better than "bio-feedback," and prayer helps in a number of ways, especially to calm down and rest. The tea and soup is just a little gift for my bowel, which right now thinks it is a baby with colic. I also like to smell rosemary or lavender. St. John's wort makes me sick too; it is possible to be allergic. It's funny: my mother was a family therapist, and she grew St. John's wort in her garden for years without knowing anything about it!
