Hi Robin - Don't forget that you only had your surgery on Monday! Have you been doing a lot of bending or twisting? This could aggravate your new incision. About the bowel thing - could you try a stool softener (it helped me a great deal), or even increasing your intake of fibre - I like Bran cereal, so that's what I did. About being tired - again, you are still in early recovery and you are bound to be tired - you may even have tired spells up to 8 weeks post op. Don't try to jump right back into the thick of things because you think you are feeling so well - this will most certainly cause you problems. Even though I say I felt great after surgery, I still was very sore for 2 weeks or so afterward (I had a 3 hour, extensive surgery). It wasn't the awful pain that I had with endo, but I was sore, just the same! No running a marathon for me LOL! When I got to doing too much, my body would certainly let me know.

Anyway - take it easy on yourself and rest more; hopefully that will take care of things.

All the best, Jean
