Hysterectomy QuestionFrom: Lady (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun Nov 22 09:20:09 1998
This question is not directly related to a hysterectomy. However, I am having it done in the morning, but for the past 5 days I haven't been sleeping well. I can't seem to fall asleep and when I do, I have strange dreams that wake me up. The dreams are not linked to my surgery, but rather relating to my family. Then it takes me forever to get back to sleep. This will happen 2 to 5 times each night. Despite all this, I wake up very early and I am ready to start the day as tired as I was before bedtime the night before. Is this normal? Should I talk to my doctor about it or just call it nerves? I am pretty scared, yet anxious at the same time. What do you think? Robin
