shalena, i had the same unfortunate experience with a gyn.he totally thought pain was all in my head too.he even went so far as to ask me if there had been rape or incest in my family because why then did sex hurt so much and why was there so long in between relations with my husband.well let me tell you that i found a godsend in a dr. in atlanta,ga by the name of dr.mark perloe.anybody who is able to come to ga.to see him will totally benefit.he is so caring and listens.he doesnt believe its just in your head.my pain has been so bad for years.i have done everything and in a couple of weeks will be facing a hysterectomy on my rt.side as well as my cervix and uterus. shalena,if you ever need to talk i am here for you.i would love to lend an ear and shoulder to cry on because everybody on the forum has done the same in my need . ann barber annmbarber@yahoo.com
