Am I just being a B----H

Hi all,

This has nothing to do with endo, but I look to you for support and value your opinions. I had a very bad evening and I want you to tell me if you think I am justified to be angry. My husband has a friend visiting. This is his best friend and he sees him once every two years. I do everything to make the house nice, etc. to make him feel wanted. My husband took today off to spend with him, but I had to go to work. Mind you I am up at 4 am because I have a very long commute (irvine - santa Monica). I went to bed at nine and they were just talking and drinking. I woke up at 12 because they were being really loud and obnoxious. I thought to myself, they will probably go to bed soon and I don't want to make a scene. At 1 am, however I did tell them to be quiet. At 2:30 am when the golf clubs came out in the living room (we have a small apartment) I told them again that they were being too loud and I needed to get some sleep. (I was also afraid of the damage two drunks with golf clubs could do inside a house). They finally went to sleep.

Am I justified to be upset with this behavior. I would not have cared if it was on a night that I did not have to wake up early. I think that my husband was being very insensitive to the fact that I need to be up early. When I get up early in the morning when we have company, I am always considerate of the fact that people are trying to sleep in the house. I don't want to make a big deal out of nothing, but my husband was being a loud, obnoxious jerk.

Melissa
