She is at 100 E. Valencia Mesa Dr, Suite 310, Fullerton CA 92835. It is near the interesction of the 5 and 91 freeways. The phone # is (714)992-5350. I am very impressed with the St Jude network after having some horrible experiences with other HMO's. Dr Towbin is great, very sympathetic and with a lot of experience with endo and adenomyosis patients.
