Jenny,

I found that 550mg of Anaprox (Naproxen) and 2 tylenol w/codeine help me most of the time. I also lay down with a heating pad and the lights out. If that doesn't work, I go to the hospital and they give me a "pink lady" which is gravol and demorol combined. That does the trick.
