I just want to let you know I am in the same boat as you are. My doctor is unresponsive to me when I have called in the past. I think the advice you received to call after hours and have him paged is a great idea. That way you can deal with him one on one. I sure hope he can give you something to help with the pain. My doctor had me take over the counter pain medication by the handfulls with no relief. I sometimes wish these doctors could feel our pain for one day and then see how they would handle it. God made us women the stronger sex for a reason!!! I know you have probably tried a lot of home remedies to help but I thought I could send a few ideas your way. I use a very hot heating pad on the area that is in pain and I also try to get some sleep by putting a softball(or someting hard) where the pain is. For some reason applying constant pressure to the area helps. I hope it can help you too!!! You are in my prayers and I hope you get to see the doctor soon. Please feel free to write anytime.
