Michele,

Thank you for the information on the immune system. Before I was diagnosed with endo in 1997 I went to my internist complaining of extreme fatigue, headaches, painful periods, back ache etc. He ran every test he could think of and the only thing that came back positive was the ANA test (anti nuclear antibodies) are these the same as auto antibodies? Anyway he believed I may have lupus but further testing disproved this. The ANA test is still positive although the titer is lower than it was when I was first tested a year ago( my OB/GYN tested them agian after I had my second miscarriage). I really feel all of this is related and the immune system theory makes sense to me. I also have many allergies (grass, weeds, trees, dogs, cats, dust mites) and am considering starting allergy shots. As far as the endo goes I am trying to take care of myself by eating what's best for naturally lowering my estrogen levels hoping this will control the spread of the endo.
