my doctor has told me that the only way to be sure that all the endo is gone....is to do abd. hyst. I have read, others going the vaginal route.....but i think looking inside completely would be the way to go...... for a hx of severe endo...... would never want another surgery for this nightmare again if I do the hysterectomy. For now, I feel good, so waiting is OK with me..... :o) Thanks for the information
