Anissa-- If you can find the literature and it is not a problem to you, I would love it if you would, please! I have had accupuncture suggested to me before, but I have many problems with, as well as fear of, needles (as I said before, I am somewhat of a baby!). I have used self-accupressure to relieve cramps and mild headaches, and have had luck with it. One question about the accupuncture: Does it cause any bleeding? That is a major issue with me and needles, I have extremely thin blood and am what is referred to as a "bleeder", one small cut can take over an hour to clot. Thank you so much! Deb :-)
