laparotomy vs laparoscopy is the open belly surgery will most definately cause more adhesions then the laparoscopy...... doctors can also see better with the laparoscopy because the endo is magnified with the cameras that are used...... as for the laparotomy, docs go by what the eyes alone can see......

Stay with a laparoscopy if you can..... less complications in the long run..... these are my opinions , of course you must do what is right for you.
