OUCH!!!! I would think that an injury like that may cause some problems down the line. It may not be with intercourse, but something. Your doctor probably did not give you an answer because he may not know himself. I would have a COMPLETE physical exam with a different doctor. Share with him what happened to you and your concerns of how this may (or may not) affect you in the future. If something doesn't sound right, it probably isn't. For that reason, always get a second opinion.
