Mandy -

One of the many maladies that we as endo suffers experience is frequent UTI infections. If it hurts and you are visiting the bathroom more than normal, you should call your Dr. immediately and have a urinalysis done. Alot of time the bacteria that they will find with an edno sufferer with a UTI is some form of Ecoli (not the kind that is getting in food and killing folks). Although they seem minor (discomfort) if not taken care of and cured UTIs can cause further problems.
