Too young to have this disease?!?! I don't think so. I was not officially diagnosed with endo until I was 22 years old, but I started having sym. when I was about 17. The only reason that I didn't discover that I had the disease then was because my doctor did not take my pains seriously. Not much was known about endo, and the doctors led me to believe that it "was all in my head". Finally, my father got so tired of seeing me suffer, that he decided to have a little "chat" with my doctor. Needless to say, I was in surgury by the end of the week. And, the doc found ACUTE endo. I had it along. So, my advice is to switch doctors. I did. And, I am much happier.

Good luck. Margaret
