Thanks. I have a "nodule" of endo behind my uterus, which I believe might be the causing some of my IBS. Doc's going to take a look on Monday.

Mary:

I was diagnosed as having IBS brought on by Endo. The reasons were because a portion of my bowel was adhered to my uterus. When I had my lap, my doctor cut it all away and I haven't had any problems as far as that goes.

Anyone out there have any problems with IBS that's related to Endo? I read in the Endometriosis Source Book that it is common to have both diseases. I'm wondering what kind of treatment there is and what causes the IBS for someone with endo. Any info will be helpful. Thanks. Mary
