http://home.netscape.com/netcenter/mail Ronna Ronna: my doctor told me that i would probably need a hysterectomy within 4 years and that i might buy a little extra time if i got pregnant. lupron might help some i didn't have that option due to an allergic reaction after my second shot. he said he left the endo alone there for the same reason your dr said. he said if he nicked it he would have had to a hyster and knew how much i did not want one at the time he also said he did not believe it was a pain problem area, and that we would deal with that when it came up. as far as a health risk he never said it was, he did monitor me a lot closer during both my pregnancies, i was preclamsic with both my boys the first one he had to take three weeks early and the second one six weeks early i often wonder if some of my problems then came from the endo. i have an appt wednesday and i'll ask him about it and how bad mine had gotten when he took it out( i've got the video from when he took out my left ovary and tube and found it on the artery, but the hospital won't let him tape them anymore or i could compare myself how much it had changed). my dr always stresses that the only dumb question i have is the one i don't ask, he encourages me to find as much info as i want and ask him about any thing i don't understand, an open relationship with the dr is great, hope this helps and let me know how your appt goes. terry
