I had the same surgery last summer. you are only 2 weeks post op!! it will take time. my bowel was even obstructed, causing vomiting and another 2 days without food my first week home. your diet is disrupted, you aren't moving very fast, and anesthesia wreaks havic to the tissues for about one year. eat healthy. i had tons of gas. Use Gas X and Beano if this is a problem. i occasionally have non-formed bowel movements now, but no excrutiating pain like with the endo. Believe me, it will get better. I never felt more energy, and even kept off 10 pounds a year later. I hike, play golf, ski, and go for long walks. hang in there! Glenda
