Could it be possible (for anyone who might know) - that the endo has attacked the ovary itself - so when the normal egg cyst tries to break through it is irritating the endo cysts? I do know from reading everyone's responses, heavy, painful menstration is a common symptom of endo. And never told differently, at 14 years old, thought 10 days heavy bleeding and severe cramps was the 'normal' cycle.
