Hi Alisha, Did you ever have the endo surgery or are you just living w/the pain? Have you checked out pelvicpain.org to see if there are any doctors near you that *may* take Kaiser? You can search for providers in your area.  Even if they are gyns, maybe you can find a pain specialist who can help you.
