Endo is a complex disease and does cause a lot of heartache.  I wish there was an easy answer for you, but there doesn't seem to be.  You will definitely go through many emotions and spend money on fertility treatment if you desire to get pregnant.

It can be heartbreaking and expensive in order to conceive with endo. Have you seen an endo specialist? These doctors are experts at detecting and removing endometriosis, many regular ob/gyns will miss if they perform a lap.

There are many out there, although they also do cost a lot of money, some accept insurance and can offer reimbursement. Your best bet to conceive would be to have the endo removed by an expert and then try to get pregnant right after the surgery.

Here is a list of some specialists websites that you may want to check out: Dr. Cook in CA http://www.pelvicpain.com/ Dr. Lyons in Georgia http://www.thomasllyons.com/procedures.htm Dr. Robbins in Maine http://www.endoexcision.com/ Dr. Liu in TN http://www.gyndr.com/ and Dr. Redwine http://www.endometriosistreatment.org/

There are two doctors, Dr.  Orbuch and Dr.  Seckin, who are in NYC and specialize in endo.  You can atemds.com.

You may also want to check out the Endometriosis Association.  They require a membership fee to join, but you can order books and other information without joining.  You can check it out here: http://www.endometriosisassn.org/

I wish you luck & hope you get your cycle soon and have success in getting pregnant.
