Re: ENDOMETRIOSIS AND LUPRONFrom: LF (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Jul 16 18:16:47 2009
Hi I am also 27 years old and I have had endo now for 7 years I have two beautiful children that I had while having endo. I just recently went to see my physican about the pain was getting worse she also wanted me to do the Lupron with the Add-Back therphy. I have been on it now for 3 months I am getting ready to take my second shot and it has worked really well, everyone that I had talk to had told me not to do it but Everybody's body it different I did do my research about it. The only problem that I have had is a few hot flashes here and there but nothing bad, to me the relief of the pain is worth it. I do know that you have to be very careful while on the Lupron because it is not a birth control and there are very high risks birth defects if you get pregnant while on the Lupron. Good Luck!
