I have a 3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter both via c-section.  I noticed a lump that was growing on my c-section when i was pregnant with my second child, I also had pain caused from it.  Just found out that the lump and pain was endo.  I guess its very uncommon to be able to feel endo, but I could.  Other than the normal endo pain, both pregnancies went perfect.
