Mirena, in my opinion, is legendary for causing this eird bleeding. I would not have a hyst if I were you, do you have endo? have you ever had surgery, an excision of endo?

you might have adeno, endo, etc

have you heard of nfp? natural family planning? for many women it works, and the use progesterone to control any heavy bleeding

if you have endo, removing your uterus will not remove the endo - you have to have that excised by a specialist

centerforendo.com has some educational articles

naprotechnology.com

these doctors can help you chart, test hormones (the imbalance can cause bleeding) and help you supplement with bio-identical progesterone

also, diet can often help

makingbabies.com (see diet section for that info, about helping endo)
