Hello I am a 22 yr old female with endometriosis. I was diagnosed about 2 years ago and in the last year and a half I have been trying different methods of birth control. I have 2 clotting disorders which prevent me from taking estrogen so I was on Depo shot for 9 months which made me feel like a crazy woman, then I had the paraguard IUD inserted in feb of this year. Since feb I have had alot of bleeding and cramping. Ive only had three weeks when I was not bleeding since feb. My doctors thought the IUD was causing my problems so I had it taken out and here I am still bleeding cramping and such. They found two 3cm cysts on my right ovary but dont think that would cause bleeding so I'm wondering if endometriosis could possibly cause this. I'm not on any hormonal bc now I am using a diaphragm for now. Can someone please help I have no Idea what is going on with my body and am getting very worried. I have noticed that if I'm not bleeding and I have sex the bleeding starts again within hours so I'm unsure of what is causing all of this. any ideas?
