Hi Faith, no none of my hives have ever turned into freckles or anything like that. This started after my endo started causing pain and problems, which may just me coincidence. But it started to worry me so I looked up hives after hot shower and found out that it is quite common for people to have a reaction to heat like that, after a hot shower, or after working out, or after a sauna, ect. It's just a reaction from the body's temperature going up too quickly, after it cools down hives are gone. I can go outside and if I get hot at steady pace I get no hives, just hot water does it to me. Thank you for your concern and letting me know about this condition, I will still look it up though, now I am courious about it, I don't think it's what I have but still, I'm weird and interested now.
