nerves could give you a rash. Put some benedryl cream on it, or some aloe. Or take a cold shower, or an ice pack on it can help too. Is it really hot where you live?, it could be a heat rash which I get on my belly and back. I am the queen of sudden and random rashes, as a kid my nickname was "spot", that's how much I get them. If I take too hot of a shower I get hives, and I like hot showers so I get hives everyday for about 30 minutes. Does it go away when you relax or is it maybe too hard to relax because of the pain and your nerves. Maybe you should ask the doctor for some anti-anxiety meds to help with feeling anxious or nervous. Lorazapam or lorazapan?, is alot lighter than xanax or valium and it helps alot though. I used to be on it. Good luck, I know being itchy sucks.
