Did you have excision surgery? It's helped me a great deal...

I at least can move around in the house now, when before I couldn't do that at times.

I never thought of going to the ER when I was younger, I wish I had tried it at least once. I never thought they'd give me strong pain killers. it might have helped. I had been in the ER at least once when I was a kid, and knew they could keep you waiting for hours, especially if you're not a gunshot victim!

I have also had some help with pain and reduced bleeding by using progesterone three weeks of the month...I start about day 7....I use compounded bio-identical progesterone, my insurance covers it (except for the co-pay). I used to be anemic, this has helped with pain and heavy bleeding.
