Endo, weight gain, lupron

Hey guys, I had emergency surgery Nov 2008, for a ruptured cysts, and endo was found, along with chocolate cysts. My doctor wanted to wait and see how my body responded, but in March, I had a lap, 40% of my ovary removed, and endo was found in my gall bladder, back on my ovaries, and my uterus. This is the thing...I'm a police officer, so I have to wear the 20lb+ duty belt around my waist. As a consequence of my job not providing a lighter belt--which my doctor requested--I'm now on short term disability because of increased pain. My doc gave me the lupron shot 2 weeks ago, and I'm expected to back to work by the end of June. p I have some fears. I'm an eating disorder survivor. I work out 6 days a week, and am in good shape. I'm terrified that I will gain weight with the lupron shot, and wondered if anyone has any suggestions. I've read (probably too much) all the horror stories, but I know that not everyone responds the same. If the shot doesn't work...a hysterectomy is in my future. I'm 28 and want to give birth. Are there any other people who have struggled with eating disorders and now are dealing with lupron? The only side affects so far--as in the past nights--are night sweats. That's it...so far. Help? I've done so well and don't want one health problem to bring back another...
