The key word in the conversation is he is able to perform MOST surgeries
himself. Thats the situation with the CEC and Redwine and alot of other
specialists. They have the ability to do most themselves, but the
complicated cases they call in a GI doctor or other specialist. Redwine
has also pulled others in on cases involving the lungs and hard areas
too.
