I have similar symptoms, except on my left side. Plus the bloating, which mysteriously goes away at night. I would def. think you have endo. The trick is to get diagnosed by a doctor who is very familiar with endo in all its forms. You should ask your doctor if he is familiar with endo and how to treat it. Make sure your doc knows what he's doing before you just have the lap. Here are some excision docs sites you can check out:

Dr. Cook in CA http://www.pelvicpain.com/ Dr. Lyons in Georgia http://www.thomasllyons.com/procedures.htm Dr. Robbins in Maine http://www.endoexcision.com/ Dr. Liu in TN http://www.gyndr.com/ and Dr. Redwine http://www.endometriosistreatment.org/

There are two doctors, Dr. Orbuch and Dr. Seckin, who are in NYC and specialize in endo. You can check them out at ratemds.com.
