Hi Marissa, I am also 26, and have been there. All I can tell you is you need to get to an endo specialist. I had 3 surgeries with a regular obgyn specialist, each time them telling me they got it all, and my entire pelvic cavity was still covered in the endo. You need a very skilled surgeon to remove stage 4 and there are only a few in the country that can do excision for you. This will allow them to remove the disease properly and it will help your chances of conceiving. You do not want to get pregnant with these kind of adhesions. They will cause lots of pain, and increase issues as the pregnancy progresses.

I had my excision surgery in December and I am now 5 weeks pregnant with our first child with no fertilty treatments, just having the excision surgery fixed my issues. I also have no stomach issues, back pain, or period issues anymore. All of your symptoms are classic of endo and you most likely have it in the pouch of douglas, that is where your back pain is coming from.

I am attaching links of some specialists. I would recommend sending your records to the CEC for a free record review. They will give you a better idea of what you need to do for treatment.
