Is it a well known specialist?

I still have pain, probably from adenomyosis. I also try to watch my diet which does help some what (the IC diet).

I have started acupuncture, and that helps. Pelvic floor physical therapy is supposed to help.

Muscle relaxants are not really pain killers, and they do help some women (magnesium is a natural relaxant too).

Yoga helps other women...I have to get to that level!
