i was wondering if anyone found that the mirena coil did not work for them? I was diagnosed, fianally , with Endo in 2007, i had hte laprascopy and hte mireno col fitted, and it has made absolutely no difference. Then in 2008 i tried taking zoladex, but after 3 months found it was too strong for me and stopped. i thought maybe after the zoladex that thsi would help my periods settle, but , two months after my periods returned, so did the endo... again the mirena coil made absolutely no difference. My Gynee says it may take tiem to settle..but 2 years? the many epole i have chatted to who had hte mirena coil all say it5 is wonderful..yet here i am.. haveing to take pills htree tiems a day to stop my latest period, which mad e me throw up fro a week a tthe biginning, is still going strong after 4 weeks with no sign of stopping and still making me have hte odd day of pain, migraine and nausea even thugh i am now on day 26 of my period. Has anyone had a problem wiht the mirena or is it just me? ... and should i keep trying wiht i tor just take the damn thing out? Any suggestions anyone? Thanks
