Hi - I have tried natural progesterone cream & initially it was great but depending on how low your progesterone levels are depends on it effectiveness. I would say give it a go if you can, everyone is different & supposedly no side effects. I was told to be cautious of the quality though, not sure where you are in the world but I'm in New Zealand & we have amazing natural health here so a reputable supplier is recommended. Otherwise I'm on Primolut long term now which has stopped the cycle completely hence being able to live a semi normal life. Good luck, Sarah
