Have you heard of diaphragmatic endo? That's what you would have...how were you diagnosed?

Dr Redwine has an article on his site about this kind of endo (it usually goes along with other locations). endometriosissurgeon.com

The CEC in Atlanta can also help you. You could send your info to them, and have a review of your records for free. centerforendo.com
