Yep! Excision removes endometriosis...and there are just a dozen or specialists in the country that can do it. There is so much to learn about endo!! There are different ways to remove it, excision is the best. Some ob/gyns try to laser it...but it doesn't remove all the layers (I think is the word). You have to get to the ''root.''

But women do get relief from the surgery - not all but many :) What part of the country do you live in? Also, there is a website, erc.activboard.com/ where you can get support and info.
