Similar situation.....had twins in april 08 and started continuous BCP (seasonal) with really great success. I haven't had much pain at all. Just a few twinges here and there...nothing a tylenol wouldn't fix (which hadn't happened in years....used to have to take percocet). I didn't want to go back on Lupron. I did have surgery to remove more endo in June of 07 (which would be about 2 months before I finally got preganant and I think that really helped...ie no periods for a REALLY long time!) good luck
