Thanks for your reply. I am in Australia and have found it hard to find information on my condition in Australia. I am a bit sick of vague answers from the doctors I have seen and am scared of further hit and miss treatments.

How much blood were you coughing up? and was removing it a last resort treatment. I think my doctors was talking hormones, which freaks me out too. What about side effects?

It is the not knowing that is so scary.
