i am in the same boat. i was just diagnosed with endo after trying to conceive for a year. i am getting lapro excision surgery on jan 7. i have spoken to many women who have conceived naturally after excision surgery- within 6 months some after 2 months. one women conceived after 2 months- her partner also had fertility issues as well as her with endo. i have not heard of anyone conceiving with iui- i dont know why. ivf has high success rates with endo. i would wait a little longer before deciding. most women conceive within 6 months of surgery. if i dont conceive after surgery, i will probably do a iui or ivf- after researching both more. if surgery does not work, it may not be endo that is preventing me, it many just be something else, in this case iui may work.
