Hi Anon, I also have weakness/fatigue, enough pain during intercourse that I can't have it, and many other but different symptoms from you. But endo presents many different ways in many different people because it plants itself different places. I sometimes have tingling in my fingers, toes, hands, and wrists, but that's from repetitive motion injuries that left giant knots in my muscles; plus, I'm on a medicine that has finger/toe tingling as a side effect. My doctor has also scheduled me for a laparoscopy to remove an ovarian cyst she has found and look for endo because she doesn't think that the cyst could be causing all of it. I also am young, not so chill with the whole endo thing, and scared to death of this surgery because it's the first time I've ever gone under the knife. But this forum is very informative and supportive- ask anything here and someone will try and help you. I wish you luck. -Leyna
