I was always told to wait 4-6 weeks to give your body time to heal. That even though you feel good on the outside your tissue on the inside is still recouping and healing. But like the previous poster it really depends on how extensive your surgery is. For instance if they go in any your abdominal cavity is completely obliterated with endo they may ask you to wait a little longer than say someone who was only a stage II that had moderate disease. Talk to your dr and see what they recommend
