Nervous - Advice? Thoughts?

I am going in for my second opinion next week and I'm nervous. I did a bit of research and found some reviews of this new doc and in short, it said she was basically brash and abrupt but knew what she was doing. I found her by calling my insurance company and asking for an endometriosis specialist in my area. WEll, every search i do on her it says that she specializes in fertility. I want to have excision surgery and I am open to have a hysterectomy/partial hyst. if necessary, I do not want children. I guess I'm just nervous b/c my first doctor that gave me the lap told me that having a baby would cure the pain. I checked out her website and it does mention lap surgeries too, so its not just fertility. I'm sorry to bug you guys with this...but you all know what I'm going through and i wanted the thoughts of someone who knew. My friends love me, but they dont understand the complications, etc. Here is her website, what do you think?

Here are the reviews:

I also just found out from reading this forum that most specialist dont use lupron and I've been on it for the past few months. (sooooo angry about that by the way). Its totally messed me up and i want to go on medical leave, can i ask her for that the first time i go see her? I have ppo insurance; does anyone know of any other specialists in the LA area in case this turns out to be horrible?

Sorry this was so long. :(
